Our employees describe the culture as Collaborative, Evolving, Service-Minded and Team-Focused.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Engagement Officer contributes to the overall success of the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCBNS) by providing strategic leadership and direction advancing engagement with the WCB's employer customers. This position is responsible for developing and executing personalized engagement strategies for the WCB's employer customers to enable improved outcomes in injury prevention and return to work. In addition, the Chief Engagement Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of the WCB's new service for workers and employers for gradual onset psychological injury.As a customer-centric leader, the Chief Engagement Officer will partner with senior business leaders and identify opportunities to achieve business objectives by improving the employer experience and help facilitate better outcomes, designing outside in. In addition, the Chief Engagement Officer will foster an environment of continuous improvement in the delivery of services for gradual onset psychological injury with a focus of leveraging that discipline to service delivery channels.Deliverables in the first 6 months of the role:Fill the VP complement on the team, resource the teams as appropriate.Establish and implement the new employer service framework.Ensure the successful implementation of the Gradual Onset Psychological Injury service model.Determine the technology requirements and prioritization (eg. Myaccount improvements, reducing current workarounds) with Chief Technology Officer and leadership team.Achieve the prevention targets and invest in prevention for system impact employers to accelerate progress to targets.Your Experience & SkillsRelevant education in business administration, marketing, or a related field at the post-secondary or graduate level; a master's degree in any of these fields is an asset.Several years executive-level experience in a complex service environment, similar in size and scope to WCB with a minimum of ten years of progressively, responsible leadership positions with a proven track record of successful relationship building and improving customer experience.Extensive experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven track record of managing relationships with large enterprise clients and achieving high levels of customer service and satisfaction and achieving business targets and outcomes.We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $153,719 - $192,146.Application De
