Lakeview Health & Wellness Inc. is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary clinic , located in beautiful Port Perry, ON. We are looking for a Registered Dietitian for a part-time (leading to full-time) role within our clinic with possibility of leading to a full-time position to work remotely and in the clinic when required. A competitive split is being offered to the right candidate. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario * New graduates welcome * Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize and manage caseload volumes * Fluent in English, verbal and written * Ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively in a team environment * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, attendance and performance *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients through individual counselling * Provide screening and assessment, contribute to care plan development, establish goal-oriented treatment interventions, evidence-based education and provide support to address nutritional needs. * Collaborate with other team members to contribute to health promotion, and treatment plan. * Counsel patients with emotional and binge eating tendencies. * Perform timely charting and relevant documentation * Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of nutritional education, and resource Contact Charlene for more information at info@lakeviewhealthandwellness.ca Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $48,085.73-$91,227.47 per year Expected hours: 15 ? 20 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Registered Dietitian: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-05-10- LocationPort Perry, ON
