Montreal Road Animal Hospital - Is looking for a dynamic experienced registered veterinary technician to join our team. The shifts range from Day to Evening (only till 8 pm) and Saturdays. You would be working for an incredibly compassionate team which have exceptional skill sets and welcoming personalities. MRAH now has 4 veterinarians (expanding to 6 vets shortly), all committed to practicing the best care possible, who work eagerly and very respectfully with our diverse support staff. We MAKE A DIFFERENCE every day at MRAH. We are often the team that does our very best to help when no one else can. Our entire team is wonderful at supporting each other as well as our clients and their pets. Our RVT's actively supervise our assistants & support our veterinarians in both high-volume surgery and appointments. Our team works as a team medicine approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * What experience do you have in surgery and anesthesia? What experience do you have performing phlebotomy and IV catheters? What types of machines have you used for blood chemistries and CBC Experience: * veterinary technician: 4 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-05-15- LocationGloucester, ON
