Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal products. Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions. Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials. Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Load and unload vehicle. Polish metal products to mirror finish. Equipment and machinery experience: Lifting device. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Team player. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
