Responsibilities
Tasks

Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Sort mail according to destination

Prepare expense and income reports

Maintain work records and logs

Establish and maintain contact with suppliers

Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries

Carry out administrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling etc.)

Prepare reports

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
