Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Coordinate access and use of computer networks. Install software. Install web server hardware and software. Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software. Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Provide problem-solving services to network users. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet.
