You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate people who take the satisfaction of millions of travellers to heart every year! #YUL</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Welcoming, guiding, and informing YUL passengers.</li><li>Managing a team of more than 10 ambassadors.</li><li>Organizing daily operations.</li><li>Ensure the quality and excellence of service provided.</li><li>Continuously train and coach ambassadors to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Solving problems and supporting the airport team.</li><li>Approving schedule changes.</li><li>Briefing and assisting management in weekly meetings.</li><li>Conducting ambassador performance assessments.</li><li>Maintaining constant verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.</li><li>Performing various administrative tasks (absence tracking, shift report monitoring, employee record maintenance, procedure updates, time sheets, etc.).</li><li>Adjusting the schedule as needed.</li><li>Contributing to project development.</li><li>Answering phone calls on supervisor line.</li><li>Performing any other related tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>If you?re ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you!</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits of This Position:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, 4-day work schedule.</li><li>Stimulating airport work environment.</li><li>Accessible by public transport from Montreal with the747 shuttle, available 24/7.</li><li>Group insurance after three months for positions working four days a week or more.</li><li>Uniform allowance after three months.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least two years? team management experience (performance, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization, etc.).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Available to work day and evening shifts from Sunday to Saturday.</li><li>Perfectly bilingual (French and English), mastery of a third language is a strong asset.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team.</li><li>Be a team player, leveraging your team?s strengths.</li><li>Be empathetic, welcoming, and cheerful.</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude when resolving issues.</li><li>Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.</li><li>Be proactive in customer service and teamwork.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Schedule: 4 days a week, work hours between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. schedule on rotation every 2 months.</p><p>Status: Permanent.</p><p> </p><p>Interested in this position?
