*Job Posting: Outside / Inside Sales Representative, Full Time.*
Proguard Pacific specializes in the manufacturing, supply and installation of parking garage protection. This includes pipe protectors, bollards, protective guards as well as other items needed in a parking garage to safely protect exposed plumbing and electrical wiring.
We are currently hiring a full time outside/inside sales representative to bring our product to the construction market.
*Job Description:*
*Prospect & Lead Generation:* Prospect and generate leads through face to face meetings, job site visits, outbound calls, email campaigns, online and field research.
*Lead Qualification:* Assess potential leads based on factors such as budget, authority, need, and timeline to determine whether they are worth pursuing. Showcase the products and show the client the solution offered.
*Sales Presentations: *Communicating the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers, through face to face meetings, jobsite visits, phone calls, email correspondence and virtual meetings.
*Estimation:* Discuss, estimate and provide pricing, terms, and other aspects of the sale with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement to close a sale.
*Closing Sales: *Finalizing transactions and obtaining commitments from customers to purchase the products or services being offered.
*Account Management:* Maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and potentially upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
*Market Research:* Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
*Requirements & Assets:*
* Valid Class 5 drivers license & access to a vehicle
* Effective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external clients and prospective contractors.
* Proven track record of success in outside and inside sales, with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the construction industry.
* Estimating experience and basic measuring and layout skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to travel locally within an assigned territory.
* Goal oriented mindset with the focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
* Proficient with technology, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
