Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for business development to drive company growth - Identify new opportunities and potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Lead negotiations and close deals with clients Experience: - Proven experience in business development - 2-5 Years in Transportation Sales - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision care Supplemental pay types: * Commission pay Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Business development: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationGuelph, ON
