Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Plan and manage budgets. Prepare reports. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
