Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Apprenticeship training: Level one apprenticeship training. Level two apprenticeship training. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Personal suitability: Client focus. Reliability. Team player. Punctuality. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
