As a result of continued growth, Eco Architectural Glass has opened a new Division in Barrie Ontario. This division Eco AG North will serve the GTA to Northern Ontario. Our company has excellent opportunities for Project Managers who are looking for a stable career with unlimited growth potential. The successful candidate will be an individual who is reliable, responsible and works well in a team environment and on their own.
*Duties in this position include, but not limited to:*
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure projects are on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop project plans to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
*Qualifications:*
- Industry experience (3-4 years) - Glass, Doors, Entrances, Curtain wall is preferred.
- Solid understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings for stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD experience & knowledge not mandatory but would be an asset.
- Ability to travel for work required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
