Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervise other workers. Train other workers. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Compile data, statistics and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Oversee payroll administration. Perform data entry. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
