Job details
Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. Tasks: Complete and maintain station records, logs and reports. Assist during routine systems testing. Assist in locating and isolating system problems. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment. Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair. Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities. Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally. Operate equipment in hydro, thermal and nuclear power plants. Perform routine equipment maintenance. Write plant or building operation reports. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
