As a Clinical Dietitian 2 - Acute Care with VCH you will: Assess patients for optimal nutrition support utilizing advanced clinical nutrition knowledge. Provide recommendations to the medical team regarding route of nutrition support, i.e. enteral vs. parenteral, and composition of most appropriate nutrition support and vitamin and mineral supplementation, based on the current practice guidelines and best practices. Develop nutrition support regimes and monitors- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
