Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads.
