Responsibilities
Tasks
-
Conduct program evaluations
-
Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans

Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling and the patient’s outcomes

Examine the behaviour

Interview clients, prepare case histories and assess problems

Record observations
-
Supervise graduate students, research assistants, para-professional staff and other psychologists

Supervise other counsellors, social service staff and assistants

Write progress reports
