Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage contracts. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Screening questions: Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
