Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Manage incidents. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
