* Possess a diploma in Montessori Elementary/Midddle School training from a Macte accredited Montessori training institute or AMI * Have at least three years of on-job experience working in a Montessori environment * Have strong academic skills, particularly in language and the arts area * possess strong leadership skills, proven strong classroom management and organization skills * Have experience working in a collaborative Montessori atmosphere * Possess strong communication skills, able to communicate and work effectively with parents, colleagues and students * Be energetic, enthusiastic, compassionate and inspired about teaching, able to promote, organize and interested in coaching extra-curricular activities * Be dedicated towards one's work * Be loving, patient, reliable, responsible, mature, nurturing, hard-working, adaptable, willing to learn and flexible * Must be currently eligible to work in Canada Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 39 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
