Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Continuing Care Assistant Certification. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills.
