Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Convenience store. Gas bar. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems. Suggestive selling. Assist in display of merchandise. Supervision: 5-10 people. Retail salespersons and sales clerks.
