Verify accuracy and completeness of data. Store, update and maintain databases. Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation. Perform general office duties. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control. Professionalism in customer service. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Student status: Full time enrollment. Part time enrollment. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Internet. MS Windows. MS Outlook. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
