The Landscape Construction Lead Hand is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (generally physical labour) in order to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. Under general supervision and possibly independently, will be required to do the following: perform a variety of work for landscape construction projects operate a variety of tools and equipment maintain and perform minor repairs to landscape construction equipment perform related duties as assigned Qualifications: This position requires customer and quality focus, effective communication skills, being highly alert and demonstrating problem solving, manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, good balance, responsibility and dependability, ethics and integrity and an ability to work both independently with little supervision and as- LocationAjax, ON
