Fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures and other wood products. Operate gluing machines to glue pieces or wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces. Operate preset special purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products. Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment. Replace parts as required. Equipment and machinery experience: Computerized woodworking machine. Drills. Gluing machines. Planers. Routers. Sanders. Saws. Door machine. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Safety glasses/goggles. Gloves. Mask.
