We are an all-in-one comprehensive care center working together with orthopaedic surgeons, interventional radiologists, and interventional pain specialists to provide quality patient care. We have 2 locations (Hamilton and Brampton) and are seeking a full-time nurse practitioners (NP) to join our growing team. New graduates are welcome.
We are seeking someone that takes pride in their everyday work and can offer a safe and trusting environment for our patients and fellow staff members.
We are looking to fill a full-time position - 5 days including weekends as scheduled. We are open Monday to Sunday.

*Summary of Duties:*
* Practices within the full scope of the Nurse Practitioner role conducting assessments, developing diagnoses and therapeutic plans of care.
* Promotes wellness and health promotion in order to provide exemplary quality care through the application of advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge and skills
* Demonstrates sound clinical reasoning and current evidence in decision making, planning and implementing care
* Coordinates with fellow team members to stimulate interest and provide innovative learning opportunities to integrate research findings, theory, and technique for advanced patient care
* Serves as a resource and consultant to administration in decision-making, strategic planning and problem-solving processes
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests
* Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
* Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Conduct follow-up visits to assess treatment effectiveness
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
*Qualifications/Skills:*
* Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, RN Extended Class, required
