Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services. Provide customer service. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
