Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Implement price and credits policies. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Administrative and office activities. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Perform other routine maintenance. Compile inventory reports. Coaching. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Word processing software.
