Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize payments by cheque. Design settings, scenic environments, costumes and lighting. Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions. Fashion designers design and create clothing and accessories for men, women and children. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
