Job details
Overview:
Our team is looking for another litigator with strong interest and skills in construction litigation. You will like it here if you thrive on the challenge of complex litigation and are keen to build a practice in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
We have a reputation for strong commitment to client service, innovative approaches to meeting clients' legal needs, and developing talented litigators. Our lawyers routinely appear in all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in courts of other Canadian provinces, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada.
We are head quartered in Kelowna. The city is growing fast and our firm is growing with it.
You will catch our interest if you have mid-level associate experience in construction litigation, solid law school grades and strong internal motivation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction litigator. Our client base and reputation already provide a reliable supply of work in this practice area. A successful candidate will be motivated to build on that reputation and make our firm's construction litigation practice the market leader.
If we have caught your interest, please submit your Resume and official law school transcripts in confidence.
