Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Maintain financial records. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
