<strong>YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US<br><br></strong><p><span>The Customer Technical Support Analyst level II will be responsible for working within a global team that focuses on troubleshooting and resolving both software and hardware technical issues for all JYGA products. Your primary responsibilities will be:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Providing fast, efficient, and courteous technical customer support in relation to all products and their use within the agriculture feeding cycle.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Effectively capturing, prioritizing, and documenting all incidents via our ticketing system.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Managing, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents that may occur in the installation, start-up, maintenance, and mechanical/electronical repair of products.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Effectively documenting technical product bugs while working in collaboration with Quality Assurance and R&D to improve our products.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Assisting clients in use of hardware and software components of the products.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Capturing troubleshooting steps and techniques to contribute to JYGA knowledge management database.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Actively participating in cross functional teams with R&D to contribute to the technological evolution of the products.</span><span> </span></li></ul> <br> <strong>REQUIREMENTS<br></strong><br><ul><li>DEC in computer IT Technology Profile (Network Management, Infrastructure, Computer Support) or equivalent relevant experience .</li><li>Bilingual, French/English.</li><li>Experienced working in fast paced, evolving Technical Customer Service environment with proven technical troubleshooting skills, methods, and documentation techniques.</li><li>Action-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, self-starter, and passionate about technology.</li><li>Knowledge of computer systems, components, Office 365, Teams, TeamViewer.</li><li>Ability to work onsite at Jyga Technologies up to ~90% of schedule time.</li></ul>
