Our Elder in Residence program engages a small circle of Elders from the local host Nations and the urban Indigenous community who provide cultural support to Indigenous staff and have the opportunity to engage with them in formal and informal events. We strive to support our staff by providing great medical plans, wellness days, municipal pension plan, generous parental leave, considerable vacation, ongoing professional development, health enhancement programs, and much more. Indigenous-specific services are offered through our Employee and Family Assistance Program provider.
