Tangerine is looking for motivated, driven and passionate Senior Manager, Fraud Strategy to support the strategic design and execution of Tangerine's Fraud controls delivery roadmap. What you will be doing: As the Senior Manager, Fraud Strategy, you will report to the Director, Fraud Strategy & Governance, and will have primary accountability for the identification and mitigation of Tangerine's Fraud Risks, with an initial ownership of the Client Intentional and Internal Fraud typologies (and with the potential of expanded job scope to other Fraud typologies). You will respond to the proliferation of Client Intentional (1st party) loss types, including Scams, Authorized Push Payments etc. by identifying policy and technical capabilities that will mitigate this evolving risk type. As the strategic owner of Tangerine's Internal Fraud Program, you will lead the design and execution of the program's multi-year delivery roadmap to support the scaling of Tangerine's monitoring capabilities across Tangerine employee footprint. As the Senior Manager, Fraud Risk Management, you will contribute to the overall success of Fraud Management at Tangerine, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to strengthen the Bank's fraud detection and prevention ecosystem Support in the design and delivery of the fraud strategy roadmap; balancing fraud loss prevention with customer experience Identify, consolidate and present key control points and metrics throughout client touchpoints to identify key areas of risk/opportunity. Key stakeholders including some exposure to senior audiences Support the consolidation of fraud insights including gross and net losses and primary fraud trends and types to highlight organizational gaps and opportunities with a primary focus on Internal Fraud and Client Intentional Fraud typologies Support and advocate for the development of robust business and fraud controls to strengthen Tangerine's Fraud Risk landscape. Directly support New Initiative Risk Assessment as a Fraud Risk subject matter expert to ensure effective challenge of product and service design which may impact Tangerine's fraud risks; works in collaboration with Fraud partners and business leads to ensure soundness of remediation action plans where control gaps and/or vulnerabilities are identified Lead the development and management of Tangerine's Internal Fraud Program inclusive roadmap development, requirements gathering and execution of the program etc. Support an operating model where projects with fraud prevention and detection value are sponsored/owned by business lines or technology teams, with prioritization aligned to the Fraud roadmapDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed
