This unique role combines beverage service with slot machine maintenance and customer assistance. As a beer and wine specialist and slot machine technician, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth gaming operations, and contribute to an enjoyable experience for Dolphin Gaming patrons</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li><p>Beverage Preparation and Service:</p><ul><li>Specialize in serving a wide variety of beers and wines, including draught, bottled, and canned options.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in pouring and serving beer, ensuring optimal flavor, temperature, and presentation.</li><li>Offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences and provide detailed descriptions of various beer and wine options.</li></ul></li><li><p>Cabinet Game Machine Maintenance and Repair:</p><ul><li>Conduct routine inspections of Cabinet Game machines to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to gaming regulations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with Cabinet machines, ticket printer malfunctions, and display errors.</li></ul></li><li><p>Jackpot Payouts and Customer Assistance:</p><ul><li>Assist customers with jackpot payouts and provide excellent customer service during these interactions.</li><li>Educate patrons on the payout process, explain gaming regulations, and address any concerns or questions.</li><li>Collaborate with the appropriate personnel to resolve customer disputes or technical issues related to jackpot payouts.</li></ul></li><li><p>Cash Handling and Transactions:</p><ul><li>Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.</li><li>Maintain a cash register, record sales, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.</li><li>Adhere to strict security protocols for handling cash and maintaining accountability.</li></ul></li><li><p>Cleanliness and Organization:</p><ul><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including beverage stations, glassware, and bar tools.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment around slot machines, including removing debris and emptying ashtrays.</li><li>Follow proper sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li></ul></li></ol><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a bartender, specializing in beer and wine service.</li><li>Knowledge of various beer styles, wine varietals, and their proper serving techniques.</li><li>Technical skills and experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines.</li><li>Familiarity with slot machine components, including, ticket printers, and displays.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods.</li><li>Cash handling experience and ability to work with a cash register.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.</li><li>Must meet any age requirements and possess any necessary certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Dolphin Gaming is a family run charitable gaming centre that has been in the industry since 1997.
