Snow Valley Lodging is the first Tiny Home hotel in Canada is now looking for an extraordinary Hotel Manager to join our awesome Team in Fernie, BC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Perform front desk duties
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Prepare marketing plans
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
- Plan, manage and run overall hotel daily operations
- Hands-on on all aspect of the hotel business
- Covering when staff are sick in front desk or housekeeping
- Monitor revenues and expenses
- Assisting in ordering of supplies (linen and cleaning product) in housekeeping department and front office supplies
- Respond to guest reviews
- Reconciliation of all OTA's
- Website update of special on a monthly basis
- Room inspections daily
- After hours emergency on call
Supervision
- 7 to 9 employees
Educational Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience Requirements
- 3 years in Hospitality Management
