Our office is seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate department. No LAA certificate required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities: * Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents * Diarizing and performing monthly tasks * Yearly invoicing * Provide administrative support to the Corporate Paralegals and Legal Assistants * Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information * Assist in the preparation of reports, and documentation * Previous law office experience not required Qualifications: * Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. * Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information * Professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service * A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving Benefits: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Collaborative and inclusive work culture * Work-life balance If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in a corporate setting, we invite you to apply.
