Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Clean bar area and wash glassware. Serve food or snacks. Clean draft beer system. Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff. Train staff. Operate cash register. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Resolve conflict situations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Team player. Positive attitude. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
