Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Camp. Associations and non profit organizations. Summer camp. Tasks: Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities. Prepare reports. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Leading/instructing individuals. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills.
