Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated staff members, and hitting studio sales quotas. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and building client relationships we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly - Manage and supervise all studio staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members - Monitor studio operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed - Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients - Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for employment decisions - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment at all times - Ensure good studios sales daily, weekly and monthly. Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Knowledge of store management principles to ensure efficient operations - Time management skills to ensure all tasks are being completed while maintaining sales and daily studio operations. - Passion for our products and services and growing/leading a team - Ability to manage situations and create ideas to meet goals and ideas for successful results If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for the beauty industry and self care and possess the necessary skills and management experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Studio Manager.
