Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 16-20 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized.
