Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed. Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment. Repair and balance tires. Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment. Perform routine maintenance. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment. Clean and maintain equipment. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Report accidents, distress signals, navigational hazards and other emergencies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
