Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Fit and join sheet metal parts. Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Specialization or experience: Copper or metal roofs. Sheeting and cladding. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads.
