Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Establish work schedules and procedures. Train workers in duties and policies. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Reconcile accounts. Manage accounts payable. Examine accounting systems. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts. Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments. Supervision: 3-4 people.
