Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce. Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease. Maintain sales records for inventory control. Assist in display of merchandise. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. 3-4 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Personal suitability: Client focus.
