Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures and record results, and monitor, check and calibrate auditory equipment. Assess patients' physical abilities. Assist health care professionals. Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine. Apply and adjust casts, splints and bandages. Clean and maintain equipment. Connect treatment machines to patients, as directed by chiropractor. Document patient rehabilitation progress. Process files and paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments. Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Other benefits: Free parking available.
