Prepare master format estimates (Class A). Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Utilize quantity take-off procedures. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet. MS Excel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player.
