Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Dusty. Noisy. Tasks: Interpret welding process specifications. Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Determine weldability of materials. Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Drug test. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?.
