Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Computer and technology knowledge: Data processing and systems. Database management. Networking security. Area of work experience: Project implementation. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
