Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials. Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers. Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Driver's License. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Types of systems: Ventilation and exhaust. Hot water system and equipment. Area of specialization: Custom fabrication and layout. Spraying and blowing insulation. Acoustical insulation. Cladding. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
